SATURDAY, JULY 11
- Co-ed 8 -12U from 4:00 - 5:30 PM
Year-round Co-ed Program for 8 - 12 year olds
Season
- August 2026 - June 2027
- Practice 3x per week from August through October; 2x per week November through July

YOUTH ACADEMY (14 - 13U)
NATIONAL - SATURDAY, JULY 11
Girls 13s from 8:00 - 9:30 AM
Girls 14s from 10:00 - 11:30 AM
MAKE-UP - SUNDAY, JULY 12
Girls 13 - 14 from 1:00 - 2:30 PM
REGIONAL - SUNDAY, JULY 12
Girls 13s & 14s from 9:00 - 10:30 AM
National - For athletes that want to be considered for travel.
Regional - For athletes that know they don't want to travel.
Season
- November 2026 - May 2027
- Non-ILH participants will have an option to start in August
- Practice 3x per week November 2026 - May 2027
- National - potential travel mid-season or in June

NATIONAL - SATURDAY, JULY 11
- Girls 17 and 18 from 6:00 - 7:30 AM
- Girls 15 from 12:00 - 1:30 PM
- Girls 16 from 2:00 - 3:30 PM
MAKE-UP - SUNDAY, JULY 12
- Girls 15 - 16 from 3:00 - 4:30 PM
- Girls 17 - 18 from 5:00 - 6:30 PM
REGIONAL - SUNDAY, JULY 12
- Girls 15 and 16 from 2:00 - 3:30 PM
National - For athletes that want to be considered for travel.
Regional - For athletes that know they don't want to travel.
