All tryouts are $25 and will be held at Ka Ulukoa's facility.

FOUNDATIONS ACADEMY
SUNDAY, JULY 13
- Co-ed 8 -12U from 4:00 - 5:30 PM

Year-round Co-ed Program for 8 - 12 year olds

Season: August 2025 - July 2026

Practice 3x per week from August through October; 2x per week November through July

BOYS NATIONAL TEAMS
SATURDAY, JULY 12
- Boys 13 - 16 from 6:00 - 7:30 PM

Mandatory Travel in June/July

Season

Practice 3x per week August - October; 2x per week November - January and May - June/July

GIRLS NATIONAL TEAMS
SATURDAY, JULY 12
- Girls 17 and 18 from 8:00 - 9:30 AM
- Girls 13 from 10:00 - 11:30 AM
- Girls 14 from 12:00 - 1:30 PM
- Girls 15 from 2:00 - 3:30 PM
- Girls 16 from 4:00 - 5:30 PM
SUNDAY, JULY 13 (Session II)
- Girls 13 - 14 from 8:00 - 9:30 AM
- Girls 15 - 16 from 10:00 - 11:30 AM

Travel is mandatory for National (& International) Teams

Requirement

13U: 1 - 2 times
- One 13s teams will be going to Japan in June (7 days)
- One 13s team may travel to Japan over spring break and an end-of-the-season tournament in June.
14U: 2 times
- Two teams may travel to Japan over spring break and an end-of-the-season tournament in June
- If we have more than two teams, they will travel to an end-of-the-season tournament in June.
15 - 18U: 2 times
- All teams will attend a showcase or qualifier and an end-of- the-season tournament.

Season: November 2025 - June 2026

Practice 3x per week; strength training is included in all packages.

Note: a video analytics platform and a recruiting platform are included for all teams.

GIRLS REGIONAL TEAMS
SUNDAY, JULY 13
- Girls 13 and 14 from 12:00 - 1:30 PM
- Girls 15 and 16 from 2:00 - 3:30 PM

Regional teams play locally; no travel

Practice 2x per week. Strength Training and Clinics are available at a reduced rate.

Note: a video analytics platform and a recruiting platform is included for all teams.
